Health diet will provide lots of thing which is really very helpful to our body. Some times I would suggest that you try out other meals too. Water is good for dieting in anyway. Fruits and vegetables are good for dieting. Less oily foods and use less carbohydrates containing food.

Well, healthy food for me means foods high in nutrition and low in unhealthy fats. I agree that fruits and veggies are healthy option but we should not forget cereals, milk, fruit juice, dried fruits, etc. These are also a healthy source of foods.

Healthy diet contains all essential nutrition. Eat preferably organic, avoid junk foods. Fresh fruits and green leafy veggies are best diet for health. Broccoli, beans, mushrooms, cucumber, carrot, banana, apple, lemon etc amazing for fitness.

A perfect healthy food always a necessary part for our body. It's always not an easy task to choose healthy food. Try to avoid junk and spicy food as possible and take diet that can helpful to grow our body. for this i take fresh vegetables and juice as well.

It depends according to individual's body type, for some certain foods can be healthy but for some others it will not. So we have to be clever and aware before we choose the right food.
My restaurant point of sale solution is doing wonders, organizing everything.

From my point of view healthy food is that which include any of these nutrial substance in a proper manner such as mineral, protein, fat, carbohydrate, iron, vitamins and omega-3....

Quality of a healthy food -

1. Should either be fruit or vegetable
2. No oil
3. No spices
4. Not too much salt
5. Not too much sugar
6. Not too much in quantity
7. Not deep fried

What is a definition of a healthy food? It generally contains less salt, less spices, no meat, perfectly cooked, and more importantly, the healthy food is one which contains no or less edible oil.
