The durian buffet sounds good. but i a whole buffet just on durian desserts sounds a little too much.

So where can I find those restaurants? Where is the nearest spot if I'm coming from Lorong Sarina?

Favourite is German brunch at Paulaners.

Recently tried Kiseki buffet, it was pretty good. Meaty and yum pizzas among all the asian stuff. Can't complain.

Trying out the Carouselsoon as well. Anyone been? I hear its great

Hi everyone, I like to make and eat some different recipes. I'm not an established chief cook. I have to study some new meals discussions and I really like meals evening meal a lot. Its something different to eat many types of meals at a time.

What about some recommendations for supper buffets in Singapore? I know it's not very popular yet. So far I have only been to the one in Quality Hotel.

I like Carousel too. In fact, I just went there last week and found out that they have a new japanese teppanyaki counter. The teppanyaki prawns and beef are good. Also they have new tandoori kebabs. The new dishes are quite a worth a try.

Anyway, they were welcoming their two millionth guest when we were having lunch. Too bad it wasn't any of us... The prizes were quite awesome like $18,888 bill credit and guaranteed seats..

robata robata

Postby mycc » Tue Dec 24, 2013 4:11 pm

has anyone else tried robata robata at Westgate?

while they are supposed to specialise in robatayaki, felt that the more palatable dishes were ironically the pizzas, pasta and some of the seafood. the offering from the robatayaki was also limited to just one grill per person - from a choice of ribeye steak, tiger prawn with mentaiko sauce and lamb chop.

not sure if this is the trend of buffet spreads in town nowadays?

did a review http://www.makeyourcaloriescount.com/2013/12/sg-robata-robata-average-buffet-meal.html ; would love to hear any other makan-kakis' feedback or recommendations!

People who are suffering from digestion problems must not go for buffet. It happens mostly when you are invited to attend a marriage ceremony and there is a buffet organized. You cannot stop yourself but you go and eat a lot. It may bring too much problems to your health.
